— A 66-year-old man jailed since July 1 is accused of ambushing deputies at the Natrona County Detention Center by whipping a towel soaked with urine and feces at them and kicking one in the face as they tried to control him.
Blake was reportedly slippery with the toilet water and fought deputies who tried to get control of him.
Blake reportedly ripped out three Taser probes and a deputy deployed two more before they were able to handcuff him.
Blake was reportedly then transported to the hospital for treatment of the gash on his head.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Blaine Nelson said on Monday that Blake had set a “methodical and intentional trap” for the deputies.
