Two year-old Lumilens, the optical transceiver specialist, has raised a $700 million Series C bringing total funding up to $900 million.
The round included investment from: Addition, Aiconic, Alkeon, Atreides Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, EDBI, Harbourvest, J.P. Morgan Private Capital, Lingotto, Mayfield, Meritech, MVP Ventures, Peak XV, Qualcomm Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Seifdune, Seligman Ventures, Spark Capital and Thomvest.
The company is shipping its first product into production AI data centers under a multi-billion dollar customer agreement.
In two years, Lumilens’ initial scale-out product finished qualification and started shipping.
