Several Capital Region residents have been arrested following a stabbing at a New York State Thruway rest stop, and many of these individuals are teenagers.
On Wednesday, a wild scene broke out at the Pattersonville Service Area at Exit 27 off I-90, the New York State Thruway.
Allegedly a group of young people from the Capital Region drove to the rest stop to confront 2 other individuals.

New York State Police arrested 21-year-old Sincere T. Germain and 19-year-old Jermaine B. Alterma, Jr., both of Schenectady, for Gang assault, 1st degree.
