NCL Contractors has commenced construction of a new Strategic Operations Hub for Seatrium Offshore Renewable Services (ORS) in Lowestoft, supporting the company’s continued expansion within the offshore renewable energy sector. Construction is now underway, with NCL Contractors acting as Main Contractor for the development.
