First teaser released for POV action thriller Bad Day at the OfficeJohn Hannah leads the first-person action film ahead of its world premiere at the Edinburgh International Film FestivalAction Xtreme has unveiled a brand-new teaser for Bad Day at the Office, its adrenaline-fuelled action thriller that will receive its world premiere as the opening film of the Midnight Madness strand at this year’s Edinburgh International Film Festival. The film, which is shot entirely from a first-person perspective, will arrive in UK and Irish cinemas on 30 October. Inspired by first-person shooter video games, Bad Day at the Office places audiences directly in the action, with every fight, chase and explosion filmed through GoPro cameras worn by the protagonists and antagonists. Directed by Chee Keong Cheung, the film promises a relentless, immersive experience that puts viewers directly into the heart of the action. Bad Day at the Office has its world premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on 13 August, before opening in cinemas across the UK and Ireland on 30 October 2026.
