Timothy Sargent Credit: CourtesyTimothy A. Sargent of Montpelier, Vt., died unexpectedly on July 22, 2026, at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, Vt. He attended elementary and junior high school in Fairfax, Va. In 1964 the family moved to Northfield, Vt., where Tim graduated from Northfield High School in 1968. After high school, Tim attended Defiance College in Ohio, where he met his future wife, Deborah Roberts Sargent.
