Around The Valley• Travis James Liptak, 31, of Monongahela was charged with recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment stemming from an alleged incident Tuesday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Charles Tenny is scheduled for 9;45 a.m. Aug. 19, and Liptak is being held in Washington County Prison unable to post $10,000 bail.
