A Pittsburgh man is accused of shooting a man multiple times in Clairton last month, Allegheny County Police said. A suspect in the shooting, Darhon Winmon, 27, of the North Side, was arrested Wednesday in Butler on unrelated charges and placed in the Butler County jail, Allegheny County Police said Thursday. Clairton police contacted Allegheny County Police at around 1:45 a.m. that day to assist in the investigation. Winmon is being held in the Butler County jail on unrelated charges, police said. A preliminary hearing on the charges filed in connection with the shooting, has not yet been scheduled in Allegheny County.
