Aerial Photos obtained by Kenyans.co.ke have revealed that the NSSF Twin Towers project is still in its initial excavation phase. On the right side of the site, large sections of the raft foundation have already been cast, with multiple foundation pits, column starter locations, and service chambers clearly visible. An aerial photo of the NSSF Twin Tower construction at the junction of Uhuru Highway and Kenyatta Avenue. This massive reinforced concrete base distributes the enormous vertical and lateral loads generated by the two towers. This phase comes immediately after the regulatory approvals and Environmental Impact Assessments from bodies such as the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) and the National Construction Authority (NCA).
