Gwent Police said four men were arrested following the disturbance involving a group near Pontypool at around 7.15pm on Thursday. Police have asked for anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage from the area around Hospital Road and Mill Road between 7pm and 7.30pm on Thursday to get in touch. The road between Mill Road and Hospital Road remained closed early on Friday with diversions in place.
