Abhijit Nath, NET Correspondent, TripuraAgartala, August 06, 2026: Tripura Higher Education Minister Kishor Barman on Thursday said the state government has launched a new approach to transform higher education campuses into world-class centres of knowledge, research, innovation and human values. Barman made the statement while presiding over an administrative review meeting at the conference hall of Maharaja Bir Bikram University (MBB University) under the “Higher Education Dialogue” programme. The meeting focused on the holistic development of the educational campus comprising MBB University, M.B.B. He stressed that the construction of modern buildings alone cannot create a world-class educational campus. “Together, we will build a world-class, ideal and inspiring higher education campus in Tripura,” Barman said.
