Sarkar alleged that Tipra Motha came to power in the ADC after securing all 24 elected seats, but has failed to deliver on the expectations raised among the people. According to Sarkar, the ADC is currently facing multiple challenges, including a lack of employment opportunities, rising unemployment and an acute financial crisis. Sarkar further criticised what he described as a shift from development-oriented politics and protection of public interests towards divisive politics. He urged people to remain vigilant and united, stressing that genuine development and the protection of democratic values require collective efforts. He maintained that elected representatives must remain accountable to the people and work towards addressing the pressing socio-economic problems confronting the ADC areas.
