Judge R. Vanlalena delivered the verdict after finding the woman guilty of sexually exploiting her daughter between January 2023 and July 2024. The prosecution revealed that the mother had sent the child to non-local truck drivers and railway construction workers, receiving ₹500 and alcohol in return. The case highlights the grave issue of child exploitation and the urgent need for stronger safeguards to protect vulnerable minors.
