The two-part series will delve into the 2023 killing of retired army veteran Stuart Crocker, who was found stabbed 26 times in his Andover home. Britain’s TikTok Murder will be released on Prime Video on September 1 in the UK and Ireland. Will Stapley, global content director at UK-based distributor Sphere Abacus, said: "Britain’s TikTok Murder is a haunting story of manipulation, online performance, coercive control and violence hidden behind social media fame which will strongly appeal to Prime Video’s UK and Irish subscribers." Jaimi West, co-founder of Phoenix Television, the Hampshire firm which produced the show, said: "Britain’s TikTok Murder tells the story of the tragic death of Stuart Crocker, exploring the events that led to his murder and the aftermath that followed. "The other elements that compelled me to make the film were the topical themes combined with a warped obsession with social media fame that became a factor in such a sensational viewpoint.
