MEDORA — The Medora City Council declined to adopt a proposed comprehensive plan Tuesday night, opting instead for additional review and public input before moving forward with a document intended to guide the city's growth over the next decade. ADVERTISEMENTThe proposed comprehensive plan, developed by Interstate Engineering, spans 181 pages and combines the city's new comprehensive plan with the Medora Area Plan completed in 2023. Interstate Engineering Planning Director Rachel Lockway presents the proposed comprehensive plan to Medora City Council members and members of the public during the Aug. 4 meeting.
