DOVER TOWNSHIP, Minn. — A Lewiston woman was seriously injured Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026, in a crash in Olmsted County.
ADVERTISEMENTA 2017 Ford Escape was westbound on Highway 14 when the camper top struck its windshield around 6:32 p.m.A passenger in the Ford Escape, Carrie Lee Elliot-Plank, 42, of Lewiston, was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Escape, Kaydence Rita Plank, 21, of Lewiston, was also transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Ford F650, Christopher Joseph Goetz, 31, of St. Charles, was not injured.
The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, Dover Fire Department, Eyota Fire Department, St. Charles Ambulance and Mayo One Helicopter also responded to the scene.
