ROCHESTER — A local woman will spend nearly two years at the MN Correctional Facility in Shakopee after a drug arrest last year. Anna Lynn Siegele, also called Anna Adams or Anna Cain, received a 1.75-year (21-month) sentence Thursday, Aug. 6. In April 2025, Siegele was charged with first-degree drug possession after Rochester police allegedly found 101 fentanyl pills in her possession. Siegele pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fifth-degree drug possession ahead of sentencing, as well as fifth-degree drug possession for fentanyl possession in February 2025 and third-degree driving while impaired in December of that year. Siegele was additionally sentenced to 91 days at the Olmsted County Jail in the DWI case.
