That's thanks to the Collaborative Healthcare Simulation Center, now located within WSU-Rochester's building along Broadway Avenue. After more than five years of lobbying the Minnesota government for funding, GRAUC launched a simulation center pilot in February 2025. A medical manikin is pictured during a presentation and tour of the Collaborative Healthcare Simulation Center on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at Winona State University-Rochester. A few months later, staff moved the simulation center equipment into its new home two blocks away. That relocation resulted in expansion; the simulation center now has a large classroom, five mock exam rooms and five hospital beds.
