GREECE, N.Y. — A 46-year-old man has been indicted on second-degree manslaughter after a man died as a result of a fight in Greece. RELATED: Man dies after fight on Wood Road in Greece, police have a suspect in custodyOn July 29, Greece Police say they found 53-year-old Timothy Carlton unconscious with life-threatening injuries on Wood Road. Following the assault, Shawn Warnick was charged with assault. According to the Monroe County Inmate Census, Warnick also violated his probation from a previous misdemeanor offense. Three other people were also detained the night of the assault.
