Arthur Clifton, 25, of Gipsy Road in Lambeth, has been charged with encouraging or assisting offences believing one or more will be committed, contrary to sections 46 and 58 of the Serious Crime Act 2007. The charge follows a Metropolitan Police investigation into Take Back Power, which has claimed responsibility for criminal damage targeting the Ritz, the Crown Jewels, and shoplifting incidents at supermarkets in London and Manchester.
