The five-year order was imposed in 2023 after he was found guilty of disclosing private sexual photographs and films of Ms Harrison with intent to cause distress and voyeurism. The CPS said that between March and July 2025, Bear repeatedly posted about Ms Harrison on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube, despite a restraining order which banned him from doing so. The CPS said Bear had looked to cast doubt on his convictions, including by alleging that Ms Harrison and her mother had conspired to pervert the course of justice. Bear also created an online petition seeking support for a retrial and attempting to obtain Ms Harrison’s bank statements.
