Tell us about your role:The simple version - which I love using on friends because of the reaction it gets - is: “I make ketchup.” Sport taught me the value of putting the work in and refusing to give up long before business did. It’s hard to stay in a bad mood when you’re dressed as a bottle of ketchup interviewing strangers in Soho. Even better is seeing people sit down to a meal, dig into your mayo, ketchup, or hot sauce, and genuinely love it - food brings people together around the table. Retailers are getting braver, which is fantastic, but there’s still a long way to go.
