Commercial real estate firm CBRE has completed the sale of the 115,000 sq ft industrial site on behalf of Noble Foods. The former egg packing sit features two office buildings, two warehouses, 19 loading bays and additional storage buildings. It also comes with 15.2 acres of vacant land with outline planning permission to build additional warehouses already granted. The sale of the Witney site is a result of the plant becoming redundant to Noble. Will Cadbury, CFO at Noble Foods, comments: “When our Witney site became surplus to requirements, we were keen to find the right buyer who would be able to make the site purposeful again.
