Rewilding The Ruins, created by Ipswich-based artist Lily Hammond, is on display across two billboards on Manning Road and forms part of the Reimagine This Coastal Town project led by Furtherfield. Ruth Catlow, co-founder and artistic director of Furtherfield, said: "We want to empower young people in Felixstowe to have a say in shaping their town's future. "This project offers them opportunities to co-produce cultural experiences that deepen connection with nature and the wider community in this town." The public art display is the first in a series planned by Furtherfield since relocating to Felixstowe in 2024.
