The footage captures Arvydas Maliusis walking away from the property on College Street, where 39-year-old Ilja Akatjevas was later found dead. Police were called at 11.37am on Tuesday, December 23, where Mr Akatjevas was declared dead at the scene. Maliusis, 38, of Recorder Road in Norwich, was arrested at the scene and later charged with murder. Maliusis became enraged and punched Mr Akatjevas to the ground, then continued to strike him in the face for around five minutes. A 42-year-old woman, who was also arrested on suspicion of murder at the scene, was told in February that she would face no further action by police.
