We are looking for a Senior Simulation Engineer to own and build our simulation infrastructure from the ground up. · Establish and maintain a single geometric source of truth across simulation, robot controller, and CAD ensuring that coordinates validated in simulation transfer to the physical machine without manual adjustment. · Design the simulation architecture to support layered fidelity: fast kinematic checks for rapid iteration and full dynamic simulation for final validation. · Create CI/CD workflows for simulation: automated regression testing of recipes before deployment, version-controlled simulation assets, reproducible test environments. · Proficiency in at least one industrial robot simulation platform (KUKA.Sim, RoboDK, NVIDIA Isaac Sim).
