A 23-year-old man was killed and a 20-year-old man was seriously injured Friday evening in a crash involving dirt bikes in Tabernacle, authorities said. The accident occurred around 7 p.m. near Goosepond Road when Joseph Hartman collided with a rider from Shamong, according to State Police. Hartman, of Tabernacle, later died of his injuries. The other rider was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, officials said. The crash remains under investigation.
