SBP Reserves Up by $13.1 Million

Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves witnessed a small increase during the week ended July 31, 2026.
According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), its foreign exchange reserves rose by $13.1million over the week to $17.043 billion, up from $17.030 billion a week earlier.

This includes $17.043 billion held by the SBP and $5.432 billion maintained by commercial banks.
According to Arif Habib Limited, the current level of reserves offers an import cover of 2.51 months.
