Noblesville, IN - Oather Doyne Daniels, 92, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, August 2, 2026. Born on June 30, 1934, Oather was the son of Oather and Orva Rosetta (Stinson) Daniels. On June 19, 1955, he married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Kay (Flanders) Daniels, and they recently celebrated 71 years of marriage. Oather earned his Bachelor's degree from Ball State University and later received both his Master's degree and Education Specialist degree from Indiana University. He dedicated his career to education, serving both as a teacher and school administrator at Walnut Grove, Anderson, Brazil, Fillmore, Northwestern High School in Kokomo, and Cathedral High School in Indianapolis.
