WESTERN S.D. By this afternoon, we are expecting northerly winds to pick up for portions of Wyoming and Western SD. Smoke will likely enter and become more dense in Wyoming and portions of western SD, due to northerly winds dragging smoke into our region. An Air Quality Alert was issued for Wyoming today. So highs in the 80s and 90s, northwest/southeast winds around 10-20 mph and gusts up to 30 mph expected, mostly sunny skies, and fire danger.
