The Dom Pedro V Theatre is temporarily closed to the public until early October, the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) announced in a press statement. The cultural venue will be closed for about two months for internal renovation work, the IC said. Built in 1860, the theater is a historic venue at Largo de Santo Agostinho, directly across from St. Augustine’s Church.
