Philadelphia prosecutors have withdrawn from the Olney home mystery case as the federal investigation continues, according to court records. Horsch still faces federal charges for possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of an unlawfully produced document and authentication feature. On July 9, NBC10 Investigators learned that a federal grand jury indicted Horsch on charges connected to false FBI credentials. Horsch was transferred to federal custody after federal prosecutors charged him.
