The police took Mahbub Alam Khan from Chanchalguda Central Prison at 10.30 am and produced him at Osmania General Hospital for a medical examination. Police said Mahbub Alam Khan reportedly named Osman and others who allegedly helped threaten Moizuddin after he became a hurdle to their activities linked to the alleged Waqf scam. According to sources, Mahbub Alam Khan complained of ill health and lay on the floor during questioning, though doctors at OGH had declared him fit in the morning. Police had planned to keep Mahbub Alam Khan in custody until Friday and take him for reconstruction of the crime scene. The investigators complained of Mahbub Alam Khan's behaviour.
