Four people have been arrested on drug charged in Halifax County. According to the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office, the arrests occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday night. Charles Anthony Ratliff, 66, of South Boston, has been charged with three counts of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance and possession of controlled paraphernalia. Tammy Lynn Bray, 53, of South Boston, has been charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance and possession of controlled paraphernalia. Tommy Ray Shotwell, 53, of South Boston, has been charged with two counts of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, possession of controlled paraphernalia, and a felony probation violation.
