Baltimore City security officers walked off the job for a second time Thursday, accusing city contractor Metropolitan Protective Services of retaliation, wage theft and heat-safety violations.
It was a raucous scene outside City Hall, where Service Employees International Union, Local 32BJ members blew up an inflatable rat.
She said security officers deserve safe working conditions.
