The event brought together all three MINI GP generations plus the rare, one-of-one MINI John Cooper Works GP Concept. Owners toured BMW's exclusive "holy halls," drove through Munich together, and shared plans for future MINI GP reunions. This year, 2026, marks 20 years of the MINI GP and celebrates the introduction of three generations of MINI GP, starting with the MINI Cooper S with JCW GP Kit, commonly known as the GP1. The first R53s with John Cooper Works GP Kit were handed over in the summer of 2006. Having it at this event was the ultimate cherry on the cake, alongside the finest from within the MINI Classic lineup: the MINI Superleggera by Touring, original Mr. Bean classic Mini, MINI Countryman WRC, MINI Cooper S JCW Challenge and MINI Inspired by Goodwood.
