Edward Cornelius Fulmer, age 81, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026 at his home in Blacksburg, Virginia. Known as Sir Edward, Uncle Ed, Fast Eddie, or Peeps to his friends and family, he is remembered as a caring and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Born May 2,1945, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Eddie was one of six brothers born to Harry and Marguerite Fulmer of Nursery Lane. A 1963 graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School, Ed furthered his education at the University of Scranton.
