A 20-year-old man is dead after a shooting in Hartford on Wednesday night. Officers said they received a ShotSpotter notification around 10:17 p.m. and responded to the area of North Canaan Street. WATCH HERE WATCH HEREWhen officers arrived, they found an unresponsive gunshot victim in a vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was later identified as 20-year-old Richard Williams from Hartford. The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded and assumed the investigation.
