Today, the Honorable Judge Kaleb V. Cockrum sentenced Spencer to serve 8 years, 4 months in prison.
On January 31, 2026, armed with an assault rifle, Spencer went to the home of a female neighbor and began making threats from the exterior of her bedroom window.
Spencer left her property then fired 5 shots from his rifle which were heard throughout the neighborhood.
On March 18, 2026, after being charged for his January crimes, Spencer was released from jail on bail and broke into the same female neighbor’s home wherein he stole multiple items of jewelry.
