I would like to take the opportunity to thank and commend the staff of Martha’s Vineyard hospital for the care they provided to me last week. The emergency room was very busy but I received excellent attention. It was evident from the way they interacted as a team they were patient focused and that was so reassuring to me. I trained as a nurse in the Massachusetts General Hospital School of nursing. We were held to high standards of thoroughness and compassion and I am happy that tradition continues today in Martha’s Vineyard Hospital.
