President José Raúl Mulino pictured below will travel this Friday, August 7, to Cali, Colombia, to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the new right wing Colombian president, Abelardo de la Espriella. The meetings will cover topics related to cooperation, electrical interconnection, security, the fight against organized crime, trade, diplomatic relations, and tourism investments. The Panamanian president will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Javier Martínez-Acha, Minister of Commerce and Industries Julio Moltó, Minister of Security Frank Ábrego, and Panama’s ambassador to Colombia, Mario Boyd Galindo. The ceremony will be attended by other heads of state from the region and international representatives. After the event concludes, Mulino and his entourage will return to Panama on Friday.
