The Parc Gwysaney Luxury Lodge Park would be located at Tyddyn Uchaf Farm in Sychdyn and feature 70 luxury lodges, the restoration of a listed farmhouse, visitor facilities, ecological enhancements, and retained woodland. Backed by North Wales Tourism, AMRC Cymru, and Theatr Clwyd, the scheme aims to boost the county’s visitor economy by encouraging longer stays and greater spending in the area. "Throughout the process, we listened carefully to the feedback we received and made sure that every voice helped shape our plans. In response, a new walking path through the site has been proposed to give residents safer access to Theatr Clwyd and the Glasfryn without using Raikes Lane. Vehicle access would be at the southern end of the site, opposite Theatr Clwyd, to avoid sending traffic through Sychdyn and along the narrower section of Raikes Lane.
