Mold Town Council has begun restoring the seating to give the benches a new lease of life while preserving as many as possible for continued public use. A spokesperson for Mold Town Council said: “Our Facilities Officer is carrying out the restoration work to give the benches a new lease of life while preserving as many benches as possible for public use throughout the project. The council thanked residents and visitors for their patience while the improvements are completed, adding that it will continue working to enhance facilities across Mold town centre.
