Bangor-on-Dee Community Council has secured £43,000 in funding for a range of village improvement projects following a community consultation that attracted feedback from more than 160 residents.
The funding follows a consultation carried out earlier this year, during which residents were asked to share their priorities for improving the village.
Planned improvements include the installation of new planters at the entrances to Bangor-on-Dee and two picnic tables at the village sports field.
Bangor-on-Dee Community Council thanked residents who took part in the consultation, saying their feedback had played a key role in securing investment that will make a lasting difference to the community.
The projects are expected to enhance local facilities, improve safety and provide new amenities for residents and visitors to enjoy.
