Esteemed winemaker Michael Fragos has been appointed CEO and Chief Winemaker for McLaren Vale winery Haselgrove, bringing the insight and craft of 37 vintages in the region, having helped shape some of its most celebrated wines.
Speaking of Fragos’s appointment as CEO and Chief Winemaker for Haselgrove, Totino says: “When (previous CEO) Christophe Forel, decided to make a move to a new industry, at the same time as Michael becoming available, you could say the timing was almost blessed.
McLaren Vale is special for so many reasons.
As he steps into the role, Fragos has expressed his excitement to work alongside the Haselgrove team, including long-term Senior Winemaker Andrew Locke.
“I am looking forward to working with Andrew and the talented Haselgrove team to continue nurturing and developing this important McLaren Vale winery.
