Henry M. Dover, 77, of Cherokee, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026. A native of Cherokee, he was the son of the late David Miller and Lula Bell Murphy Dover. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his two sisters, Lillian Dement, Dolly (Hazel) Kirkland; and, one brother, William Jesse Lee Dover. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10 at Crisp Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Monday at the Funeral Home.
