U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) is hopeful that Dr. Anthony Fauci will face accountability for his “lies” during the COVID-19 pandemic. Fauci, who led much of the response during the pandemic, repeatedly pled the Fifth during a recent Homeland Security Panel. The committee’s vote Thursday came a day after Tuberville’s commentsAlabama Attorney General Steve Marshall’s office is investigating Fauci for any possible infractions made during the pandemic.
