Fayette County District Attorney Mike Aubele said a jury deliberated for close to three hours between Wednesday and Thursday. He knew of Bloyer’s abuse, but was not at the house on the day of the murder, Aubele said. Emergency responders testified Bentlee was not breathing and his face appeared blue.
