(IN BRIEF) Jungheinrich AG has signed an agreement to acquire All Lift Forklifts, an Australian rental specialist and dealer of material handling and access equipment. The acquisition will strengthen Jungheinrich’s position in Australia and expand its presence in the country’s growing rental market.
