(KLKN) — The Nebraska Public Service Commission has opened a complaint against The Andersons Inc., an Ohio-based agribusiness.
The complaint is opened for failing to make timely payments to a Nebraska grain producer.
The Commission encouraged other Nebraska grain producers or sellers to come forward if they have experienced anything similar.
“Our priority is protecting Nebraska’s grain producers and ensuring buyers meet their obligations under state law,” said Terri Fritz, Grain Department director.
